The CUSTOMER has in principle the right to return or return the PRODUCT to the SELLER, at the latest within ten (10) calendar days of receipt of the PRODUCT.
The withdrawal period expires ten (10) calendar days after the day on which the CUSTOMER physically takes possession of the PRODUCT.
If the CUSTOMER's order relates to several PRODUCTS and if these PRODUCTS are delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires ten (10) calendar days after the day on which the CUSTOMER physically takes possession of the last PRODUCT.
This deadline is deemed to be respected if the CUSTOMER returns the goods before the expiration of the period of ten days.
The CUSTOMER must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Condition of the returned item
The PRODUCT must be new and in perfect condition to be able to be marketed again. It must be returned with all of its accessories.
The PRODUCTS are packaged in accordance with current transport standards, in order to guarantee maximum protection for the PRODUCTS during DELIVERY. The CUSTOMER must respect the same standards when he returns PRODUCTS to the SELLER. As such, the CUSTOMER is invited to return the PRODUCT in its original packaging.
Effects of Return
In the event of withdrawal by the CLIENT, the SELLER undertakes to reimburse the price of the PRODUCT (S), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than ten (10) days from the day on which the SELLER receives the returned goods.
The SELLER may refuse to reimburse the PRODUCT if it has not been returned in accordance with the instructions mentioned above. If the CUSTOMER then decides to recover his PRODUCT, he will have to pay the shipping costs caused by the re-DELIVERY.
Certain PRODUCTS are neither taken back nor exchanged. The right of withdrawal is excluded in the case of PRODUCTS made according to the specifications of the CUSTOMER or clearly personalized.
