Satin silk items should be washed by hand or on the dedicate cycle of your washer in a cotton pouch with soft detergent like woollite, when hand washing, let the item soak in sudsy water for about 3-5 minutes. gently squeeze the suds through the clothing. Rinse thoroughly with cool and cold water, do not wring or twist your silk as it will cause it to loose it's shape, never use hot water for washing and hit to dry it.
